How long does shipping take for Aventon e-bikes?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Aventon bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85-95% assembled in the box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and detailed video guides to help you complete the setup in about 30-45 minutes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every new Aventon e-bike is covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, covering the frame, motor, and battery.
How far can I travel on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Aventon bikes offer between 40 to 60 miles of range when using a combination of throttle and pedal assist.
Are Aventon e-bikes water-resistant?
Yes, our bikes are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged in water or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
